Creating a model based on weaving different parts of the pattern.
I start to explore the interconnections, the enclosed spaces, and the qualities developed through this weaving.

Plas-2-point house exploded axo
An exploded axo of the plas-2-point house, while trying to figure out the consisting parts of the house. I found myself in a difficult position of working on a project with no dimensions, no technical drawings, or even thickness of walls. In a try to think how this project would be able to stand i applied my interpretation of this housing scheme.

physical model... another test...
Moving away from the previous pattern i decided to go a step back. Applying a new rule in which i decided to connect lines into different midpoints of the existing lines. In this way i created a more dense and abstract pattern. Then i created a physical model with a rule that every piece of the pattern will have a random inclination, and that each piece, it should at least be connected with one of it original next piece. In this way a quite abstract model was developed. The interesting qualities is how pieces overlap to create enclosed spaces and how they meet together with pieces of the pattern that were otherwise quite far away.
physical model...
Working on my last pattern, the 3d computer version came out looking too much as a city pattern. So i tried a physical model with different color card and different heights to make a bit more abstract "pattern" looking model. The white paper gives the impression of a more fluid changeable element, while the gray card seems to be a strong and solid element.Quite confused though about the field part as i don't seem to understand it..

From the previous pattern i decided to alter the connecting points from straight lines into curves.
Then i offset the lines to create a denser pattern.
The "internal" spaces created from the offset were then extruded as solid objects while the rest off the pattern was extruded as single lines.
The result was a model of a pattern similar to the patterns of cities.
